Dubai Miracle Garden

Flower Peacock at Miracle Garden. With over 45 million flowers, Dubai Miracle Garden is one of the most beautiful and diverse flower gardens in the world. The garden, which opened last Valentine’s
Day, on 14 February, was designed and opened in two phases, with Phase 1 declared the Largest Vertical Garden in the world by Guinness World Records in March 2013. Phase 1 is a 72,000 square meter site and features a vast array of colourful flowerbeds, topiary-style styles, flowers shaped into various hearts, peacocks and other characters, houses and cars overflowing with flowers and a beautiful walkway tunnel with overhanging flower baskets. Phase 2 features an Aromatic Garden, where visitors can see and smell some of the most powerful medicinal and aromatic plants from all over the world and will soon feature a butterfly garden, composing of nine domes, each one filled with various different species of live butterflies. Designed by Akar Landscaping Services and Agriculture, the garden is fast becoming one of Dubai’s most popular attractions, welcoming nearly 700,000 visitors during its first season of operation between February and May last year. Located in Dubailand, Dubai Miracle Garden will close in late May and re-open again in October.
